Chief Operating Officer

Jacob Brynczka

Jacob Brynczka is a senior at Bergen County Technical High School in Teterboro, New Jersey, where he studies Financial Technology. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Futures Financials, having previously contributed as an officer and curriculum creator. In his current role, Jacob oversees outreach, social media, curriculum development, and the training of student volunteers.

Jacob played an active role in New Jersey's first student-led financial literacy teach-in, which Futures Financials conducted in partnership with a local elementary school. He also supports team collaboration and prepares members to confidently teach financial concepts during the organization's teen-led educational events. In addition, Jacob is a co-founder of Project Finance, a weekly elective selected by his school to introduce high school students to financial literacy, finance, and business concepts. Through the program, he has helped educate more than 30 students.

Having attended elementary and middle school in a smaller community where opportunities to learn about financial literacy and business were limited, Jacob became motivated to help close that educational gap. This experience inspired his involvement in the development of both Futures Financials and Project Finance. He believes every student should have access to the knowledge and resources necessary to understand personal finance and explore opportunities in the business world.
