Justin Pua

Justin Pua is a senior at Bergen County Technical High School in Teterboro, where he is enrolled in the FinTech program. Justin serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Futures Financials, having been a member since his freshman year of high school. The organization now reaches more than 50 schools and libraries across Bergen County. He rewrote its curriculum in Spanish, built its website, and helps lead its education and outreach.

Justin is a first-generation college student who grew up watching his parents deal with a language barrier when managing money. He rewrote the curriculum in Spanish using Latino pop culture and adapted it for ESL learners because he believes a language barrier shouldn't decide who learns how money works.
